Why can't I add my banner?

Some sites' banners cannot be added due to our banner check system and because of hosting issues which are out of our control. If you need a banner added please contact the staff and we will add your banner manually. We try to get to all tickets as quickly as possible. Due to volume of traffic and support tickets, please allow possibly up to 8 hours for your ticket to be replied to.
