WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
Marijuana Hits provides both digital and service products. Because of the nature of these products and services, NO REFUNDS are given.
Marijuana Hits is in no way associated with any payment processor. Marijuana Hits uses them to process payments for upgraded membership fees, purchasing merits, and other sales from this site.
Marijuana Hits shall not be held liable for any damages, issues, or losses that may occur as a result of member's association with and use of any payment processors.
If member deletes their Marijuana Hits account, that member will be responsible for cancelling any upgrades or other subscriptions member may have with Marijuana Hits through any payment processors. Member MUST go to their payment processors and cancel the subscription from within their payment processor account otherwise the monthly fees will continue. YOUR payment processor account is YOUR responsibility!
Marijuana Hits will not issue any refunds for merits purchased or for failure to cancel services.
Your relationship to Marijuana Hits is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of the Service. You do not have any obligation to refer new members to the Marijuana Hits Program. Marijuana Hits HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER THE SERVICE OR OTHER PROMOTIONS TO YOU.
